We had excellent stay.
Incredible and functional rooms, exceptional views of the ocean. We loved extremely comfy beds. The location was convenient - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. It was close to Compass Rose Restaurant, where you can have lunch.

if you are looking for a ballermann like location, then you are right. beach is beautiful, surroundings are very party oriented.
interior old and worn. walls are very audible. lot of traffic.

Location
Access to the bedrooms. The path is very high and you have to walk to the end and go through all the bedrooms until you reach yours. When there are people it's terrible.

The cleanliness was poor, the corners of the walls are dirty. The bed, however, was clean. The bathroom was dilapidated and poorly maintained.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and refreshing. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I felt welcomed with my pet.

The room was pretty clean and the beds were comfy, what we needed. It had a mini kitchen, a nice surprise! Views of the ocean from the balcony were great too. The place is definitely dated but it didn't bother us much. Only downside, the shower water temperature was a bit all over the place. It was a solid stay.
